I've spent nearly two decades working in public health — across local clinics, federal agencies, non-profit organizations, and international communities. I've seen up close how much access to good care, honest information, and a compassionate human presence can change outcomes. I've also seen what it costs people when those things are missing.
That knowledge brought me to doula work. And doula work brought me home to myself.
As a postpartum doula with Next Phase Doula Care, I offer individualized, heart-centered support to new and expanding families in the Metro Atlanta area during the postpartum period and beyond. My approach blends evidence-based care with intuition, cultural humility, and a deep, unwavering belief in every person's right to make informed choices about their own body and their family's life.
I show up with a calm presence and a problem-solving mindset — not to tell you what to do, but to help you find your footing and trust yourself. Because this phase is yours. I'm just here to help light the path.
A Little More About Me

I'm a wife and a mama of two, so I know postpartum from the inside out — the beauty of it, the rawness of it, and the very real need for someone to just be there without judgment. I'm a graduate of the CDC's Public Health Prevention Service Fellowship, hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and am currently completing my DONA postpartum doula training.
Outside of birth work, I'm an athlete, an outdoor enthusiast, and a devoted coffee lover who dreams of one day opening a cozy mountain coffee shop — complete with hammocks, steeped in intention, and filled with magic makers.
Why ‘Next Phase’?
The name carries more meaning than it might seem.
The postpartum period is a new phase — for the birthing person, for their partner, for their family, no matter how many children they have. It's a threshold moment, and it deserves to be honored. This work is also a new phase for me — a leaning into my gifts, my experiences, and everything that brought me here.
And all of it unfolds under the watchful eye of the moon, in all her phases.
What I Stand For
Next Phase Doula Care is built on the union of love and science. On truth. On showing up for people in moments of vulnerability, strength, and transformation — and holding space for all of it.
Every family deserves to feel safe, seen, and supported. That's what I'm here for.
