Daytime Postpartum Support
Practical support and emotional reassurance, right when you need it most.
Those first weeks home with a newborn are tender and exhausting all at once. A daytime postpartum doula is your steady, knowledgeable presence during the day — someone who holds the baby so you can sleep, answers your feeding questions without judgment, and helps you feel capable and cared for while you recover and find your footing as a family.
What's Included:
Newborn Care & Feeding Support
From soothing a fussy newborn to helping you find a comfortable breastfeeding position or prepare a bottle, we offer calm, confident, hands-on support so you can feel more at ease with your baby, day by day.
Recovery Support
Healing takes time - especially after a C-section or a difficult birth. I help you rest when you need it most, taking things off your plate so your body has the space it needs to recover.
Emotional Support & a Listening Ear
New parenthood brings a wide range of emotions, and every feeling is welcome here. I offer a nonjudgmental, affirming presence for all families where you can ask anything and feel completely seen.
Parent Education & Guidance
Wondering about sleep cues, feeding windows, or what's normal for a two-week-old? I'll answer your questions with honesty and warmth, and help you build confidence in your own instincts as a parent.
Light Household Help
A hot meal, a load of laundry, a tidy kitchen - the small things that make a big difference. I take care of the home so you can focus on your baby and yourself.
Referrals & Resources
Need a lactation consultant, a pelvic floor therapist, or a therapist who specializes in postpartum mental health? I'll connect you with the right people at the right time.
An unexpected perk of Wendy's postpartum support was extra partner snuggle time. Priceless.

Who This Is For
Daytime postpartum support is for every family stepping into the beautiful, messy, meaningful work of new parenthood - first-time parents finding their footing, LGBTQ+ families building the life they've dreamed of, and birthing parents healing from C-sections or complex deliveries.
If you're wondering whether this is right for you, the answer is almost certainly yes.
How It Works
Daytime postpartum support is available during regular daytime hours and can be booked by the visit or as an ongoing package. Every engagement begins with a free consultation so we can get to know each other and talk through exactly what kind of support would feel best for your family.
You grew and birthed a whole person.
Let someone take care of you for a while.
