Overnight Postpartum Support
A rested parent is the greatest gift you can give your family.
An overnight postpartum doula takes the night shift so you can rest deeply, knowing your baby is in caring, capable hands. From feedings and soothing to diaper changes and gentle routines, we handle the nighttime hours so you wake feeling more like yourself.
What's Included:
Newborn Sleep Support
We’ll monitor your baby's sleep cues, settle them between feedings, and help establish gentle, age-appropriate rhythms - so the nights start to feel a little more predictable and a little less overwhelming.
Overnight Feeding Support
Whether you're breastfeeding, pumping, or formula feeding, we’re right there with you. We’ll bring your baby to you for feeds, handle burping and resettling, and take care of all the in-between so you can close your eyes again as quickly as possible.
Parent Rest & Recovery
Your only job overnight is to sleep. I'll handle diapering, soothing, and baby monitoring so you can get the uninterrupted rest your body and mind need - especially during C-section recovery or those depleting early weeks.
Feeding Log & Overnight Notes
Each morning, you'll receive a simple summary of your baby's overnight - feedings, sleep stretches, diaper changes, and anything worth noting - so you stay informed without having to stay awake.
Emotional Support
The middle of the night can bring some of the hardest feelings of new parenthood. I'm here for those moments too - a calm, nonjudgmental presence for all families, including LGBTQ+ families and first-time parents navigating it all for the first time.
Wendy was such an important part of our first few months with a new baby in the house. We don’t know how we could have done it without her help with tasks like meal prep, folding laundry, and taking the dog out. Also, she would just listen to me talk. That last one seems small, but made a huge impact!

Who This Is For
Overnight postpartum support is for any parent who needs real, restorative sleep. That includes first-time parents adjusting to life with a newborn, birthing parents recovering from a C-section or difficult delivery, LGBTQ+ families settling into their new normal, and any caregiver who simply needs someone trustworthy and warm to share the night shift.
If you're running on empty, this is for you.
How It Works
Overnight shifts are typically 10pm–6am and can be booked as two nights, or as a recurring package. I arrive quietly, get oriented to your baby's current needs, and take it from there.
You sleep. I've got the rest.
We'll start with a free virtual consultation to talk through your family's needs, your baby's feeding schedule, and what a peaceful overnight could look like for you.
The nights are long.
You shouldn’t have to face them alone.
